About the Author

A director and former co-chair of The US Russia Foundation, former Chair, CEO and director of The US Russia Investment Fund and former director of the Center for Entrepreneurship in Russia, Steven L. He is active in community affairs in the small wine country town of Sonoma, California, where he lives with his wife Joyce (and their two cats!)
